Unlimited Play Pass – Terms & Conditions (May 2026)

Runs throughout the whole of May 2026.
Weekends are included; however, please be aware we are not open every weekend due to private parties and events.

When purchasing your unlimited pass, this constitutes acceptance of Little Moos Play Barn’s terms, conditions, and rules of play.

Unlimited play passes are only valid between the dates stated at the time of purchase.

The pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared with other children.

The pass allows unlimited entry during our opening times as listed on our booking system, within the valid dates of the pass. All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system when using the unlimited play pass. We do not accept walk-ins. Please note that all bookings are subject to availability, so early booking is strongly advised to secure your spaces.

The pass does not cover private events, party bookings, or special programmes unless specifically stated.

During the May half term period, availability may be limited as some sessions may be allocated to special events or private bookings.

The pass only covers sessions that are age-appropriate for the child named on the booking. For example, baby-only (non-walker) sessions are strictly limited to non-walking children. Walking children will not be permitted into these sessions under any circumstances.

Sibling Tickets: Any siblings attending must have a valid ticket purchased in advance. Sibling spaces are only valid where a sibling ticket has been booked and cannot be substituted or shared.

Age-Appropriate Tickets: All tickets must be booked correctly according to the child’s age and session type. Incorrect bookings (e.g. booking a baby session for a walking child) may be refused entry without refund.

Misuse of the play pass or failure to follow rules may result in suspension or cancellation of the pass without refund.

Little Moos Play Barn reserves the right to modify the terms of the play pass, hours of operation, or facilities available. Advance notice will be provided wherever possible.
