When purchasing your unlimited pass this is an acceptance of little moos play barn’s terms, conditions and rules of play.

Unlimited play passes are only valid between the dates stated when you purchase the pass.
The pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared with other children.
The pass allows unlimited entry during our opening times stated on our booking system within the dates provided on the play pass when booking. All sessions are to be booked via our online booking system when using the unlimited play pass and we do not accept walk ins. Please note this is subject to availability, so please book in advance to secure your spaces.
The pass does not cover private events, party bookings, or special programs unless specifically stated.
The pass only covers sessions which are age appropriate to the child on the booking. E.g. our baby only sessions (non-walkers) is only included if your child a non-walker and no walkers will be permitted during our baby only session which is stated at the time of booking.
Misuse of the play pass or failure to follow rules may result in suspension or cancellation of the pass without a refund.
Little Moos play barn reserves the right to modify the terms of the play pass, hours of operation, or facilities available. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.
