Refund & Cancellation Policy

All registrations with Young Engineers Richmond & Burnaby are final sale.
Tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds, credits, or make-up classes will be provided for missed classes, camps, workshops, or special events, including absences due to illness, travel, scheduling conflicts, partial attendance, or early withdrawal.

Cancellations for any reason do not qualify for a refund or credit. Program dates, times, instructors, and locations are subject to change and do not qualify for refunds.

Only regular weekly class schedule changes may be requested in writing and are subject to availability and approval. Camps, workshops, and special events cannot be changed or rescheduled.

If a registered student cannot attend a camp, workshop, or special event, a one-time substitution may be permitted with advance written approval and full substitute student and parent/guardian information. Substitutions are not permitted for regular weekly classes.

Programs may be cancelled by Young Engineers Richmond & Burnaby due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, families will receive either a full refund or program credit, at our discretion.
