Outdoor sauna and cold-water therapy, nestled on our family farm in Gwaelod y Garth, just outside Cardiff.

Step away from the everyday and enjoy 60 minutes to reset, recharge and reconnect. Move at your own pace between the heat of our sauna and refreshing cold dips, surrounded by the Welsh countryside.
