Full Body Workout Classes (Previously known as Exercise To Music)
An energising class to music designed to build stamina, strength and balance. Each 60-minute session includes a warm-up and mobility work, a developing stamina and balance routine to music, standing upper body strength, floorwork for lower body and core, and a full body stretch. Content changes weekly to maintain variety and progression.
