Refunds are not offered in the event of missed classes (including trial classes) as a result of sickness, holiday absence or needing to self-isolate. In the event of a class being cancelled as a result of extreme weather conditions, or other events outside of our control, we will do everything we can to offer you and your child a catch up class. In the event that classes are cancelled due to a local lockdown or the hall having to close for a deep clean, an online session will be provided as compensation for the missed session/sessions.
