Grange Farm Swim School Aqua Fit Classes
We offer group exercise class for all abilities. Water is a fantastic medium for exercise, particularly for those who want to reduce impact on joints, while still getting a great aerobic work out. Read more about our classes below to see which is right for you!
Aqua Fit
- Takes place in the Sunrise Pool (1-1.2m deep)
- Focus on cardio, strength, conditioning and flexibility
- Maximum 13 participants in each class
- 45 minutes long
Aqua Bootcamp
- Takes place in the Sunset Pool (1.4m deep, not suitable for non-swimmers)
- Circuits-style workout in the water, greater emphasis on building strength and cardiovascular fitness
- Maximum 10 participants in each class
- 45 minutes long
- Classes on Tuesday mornings
Please register on the waiting list if the class you want to attend is full. You will then be contacted by email if a space becomes available, so keep an eye on your emails!
