During this 4 week mind-body course you will learn a range of yoga and meditation tools, specifically beneficial to support those experiencing states of stress, anxiety and / or depression.

Learn how to regulate mood, to build resilience and develop an awareness that enables you to view and adapt mental patterns in new and helpful ways.
