What is Mama And Me?
Babywearing dance or Adult only dance classes with an element of mindfulness for parents/caregivers and their little ones aged 8 weeks plus
We also host regular Mama Socials outside of classes and community events
In our 45 minute class, you will get to enjoy having a dance, embracing those babywearing cuddles and very importantly experience the joy! It is a great opportunity to meet other likeminded parents find friends and be part of your local community. If you do not have a carrier we have them available to loan for class at no extra cost All of our instructors are babywearing consultants or peer support trained.
Prices
- Free Community Access Ticket (For Parents facing financial hardship)
- £7 First Class (New Attendees only)
- £8 Flexible Class Ticket (Individual Class or Bundle of 6 for £42. Just select the 6 dates you want)
- £30 Supported Access Bundle (Financial Hardship Bundle Pass offers 6 Mama and Me classes for £30 = £5 per class)
