What is Mama And Me?

Babywearing dance classes with an element of mindfulness for parents/caregivers and their little ones aged 8 weeks plus

We also host regular Mama Socials outside of classes and community events

In our 45 minute class, you will get to enjoy having a dance, embracing those babywearing cuddles and very importantly experience the joy! It is a great opportunity to meet other likeminded parents find friends and be part of your local community. If you do not have a carrier we have them available to loan for class at no extra cost All of our instructors are babywearing consultants or peer support trained.

£7 First Class (New Attendees only)

£8 Individual Class

£42 for 6 Classes (Just select the 6 dates you want)
