Mondays evening for 9 weeks 5/6 - 31/7
Mondays Mornings for 8 weeks 12/6 - 31/7
Thursdays evenings 8 weeks 8/6 - 27/7

Can't make a class in the term?  Swap to another hall class* or get a recording :)  book in to the class that you can make most of the classes, then drop me a note letting me know the class(we) you can't make and whether you want to swap to another date or have a recording, within the term.

If you miss the start of the term, you can still join with a drop-in ticket.

Thanks for enquiring about booking a Melé Yoga class :)
My classes are suitable for beginners, refiners and beyond :) My teaching style is a blend of Yin Yang, Hatha and Mindful Vinyasa Flow Yoga. I also teach Restorative Yoga.

Classes are available for groups, privates for one to ones or groups, community, corporates and events. I also hold workshops, day retreats and yoga holidays.

The new term info is listed above at the top of this section. If you missed the start of the terms you can still join class by class (drop-in). You can also subscribe to the Melé Yoga on demand video subscription to watch class replays aa and when you wish each month.
