Thanks for enquiring about booking a Melé Yoga class :)
My classes are suitable for beginners, refiners and beyond :) My teaching style is a blend of Yin Yang, Hatha and Mindful Flow Yoga. I also teach Restorative Yoga.

Classes are available for groups, privates for one to ones or groups, community, corporates and events. I also hold workshops, day and weekend retreats and yoga holidays.
