Welcome to my energising range of online dance fitness classes. An hour of your day to get moving, improve your health and find yourself smiling. No experience required.
DANCE CLASSES ONLINE:
Would you like to dance with others online? Take Zumba Live on Zoom. You can join these classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.30am or Tuesday at 11am Choose your Zoom class below to book.
Want to dance at a time to suit you and in private? Take Zumba on Demand. You can join these six days a week, at any time you like! Click on the class below. You’ll get fitter have fun and all at fraction of the cost of going to the gym. Choose your On Demand class below.
Want a low impact, gentler pace? Take Zumba Gold (Mondays and Wednesdays at 11.30am)
Want strengthening and toning? Try Zumba Toning Livestream (Thursdays 10.45am). You’ll be improving your bone density in the these classes with hand weights. Look for Zumba Toning below.
Or do you simply love the joy of dancing. Take Simply Dance (Thursdays 9.30am). A series of uplifting exercises for all abilities, with a dance routine to finish the class so it is all about the joy of dance. Book now to reserve your place.
