We will be lying in a comfortable position for the guided practice to help you relax and unwind, ready for a restful evening.
This class will be online only for you to experience the practice of Yoga Nidra. I encourage you to wear comfortable clothes, bring along blankets, eye pillows, bolsters and any other props you might like to support you during this practice lying down.
