Join me for a positive start to the day - useful tips, movement, breathing, knowledge & meditation. Evidence suggests that moving every day improves health and that practicing some breathing calms the nervous system, can reduce blood pressure & improve mood. Being with others gives another uplift - so let's move & breathe, together!
