Dru Yoga with Rachel

I have been teaching Dru Yoga for over 20 years...it's a wonderful soft fluid style combining gentle flowing postures and sequences with strength and focus on spinal health
Dru Yoga includes Energy Block Release sequences which allow tension to be released from the joints of the body releasing negative energy in preparation for deeper work
My classes include Pranayama and sometimes a short meditation
I also hold seasonal workshops and can offer one on one sessions if required

Dru is an inclusive style suitable for all ages and abilities
New students are required to fill in a health form
