Classes are non-refundable, but tickets can be transferred up to 24hrs before your class start time.
If you have bought a class-pass, any tickets cancelled before the 24hr window will automatically go back onto your class pass for future use, if the ticket is specifically included in the class pass options (typically tickets that are £10 only).
If you have a class pass, you can transfer and cancel tickets yourself by heading into your account, going to your passes and editing your booking.
