What is it?
45-minute full body workouts to music!

((Bounce)) Blast
The OG class - a fun, friendly & fierce group aerobic fitness class on mini trampolines choreographed to music.

((Bounce)) Barbells
Our strength and conditioning class incorporates a barbell & weight plates to perform static moves off the trampoline using a low-level weight with lots of reps.

((Bounce)) Balance
Basic jumping routines and body flows featuring yoga, Pilates and barre style moves. This lighter-on-the-jumping style program encourages agility and flexibility with focus on core strength.

Body Fusion
Sculpt Pilates style class on the floor, choreographed to music to sculpt and strengthen the whole body. The class is a full body focused and challenges multiple muscle groups with exercises performed by incorporating equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands & sliders. *Please bring a yoga mat to class.

Blitz
This fusion of the bounce class types in one session provides a one-stop-workout offering a full-body blitz in a diverse 45 minutes using additional equipment. Cardio, strength and flow all featuring in harmony as our bounce classes are combined to enjoy a variety of styles igniting exercise ability.

We train at Sharks Sports & Function Centre, Victor Eaves Park 122 West Hoe Road, Orewa.

What should I bring?
A bottle of water, a towel, and supportive trainers.
