What is it?
45-minute full body workouts to music!
((Bounce)) Blast
The OG class - a fun, friendly & fierce group aerobic fitness class on mini trampolines choreographed to music.
((Bounce)) Barbells
Our strength and conditioning class incorporates a barbell & weight plates to perform static moves off the trampoline using a low-level weight with lots of reps.
((Bounce)) Balance
Basic jumping routines and body flows featuring yoga, Pilates and barre style moves. This lighter-on-the-jumping style program encourages agility and flexibility with focus on core strength.
Body Fusion is a Sculpt Pilates style class on the floor, choreographed to music to sculpt and strengthen the whole body. The class is a full body focused and challenges multiple muscle groups with exercises performed by incorporating equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands & sliders.
• Please bring a yoga mat or towel to class and shoes are needed for the sliders.
What are the benefits?
Burn up to 500+ calories in every class! Great for weight loss, mental wellbeing, stress release.
Who’s it for?
EVERYONE! Different options are given throughout the class, and you can hit or jump as hard or as lightly as you want, making it the right level for YOU!
