What is it?
A 45-minute full body workouts to music!
((Bounce)) Blast
A fun, friendly & fierce group aerobic fitness class on mini trampolines choreographed to music.
((Bounce)) Barbells
Our strength and conditioning class incorporates a barbell to perform static moves off the trampoline using a low level weight with lots of reps.
((Bounce)) Balance
Basic jumping routines and bodyflows featuring yoga, pilates and barre style moves. This lighter-on-the-jumping style program encourages agility and flexibility with focus on core strength.
Box Fit
Boxing on the bags, we are incorporating HIIT aerobic cardio & toning in a fun and motivating environment.
((Bounce)) Encore class is a repeat class from earlier in the week of either ((Bounce)) Blast, Balance or Barbells, the class can vary from week to week.
What are the benefits?
Burn up to 500+ calories in every class! Great for weight loss, mental wellbeing, stress release.
Who’s it for?
EVERYONE! Different options are given throughout the class, and you can hit or jump as hard or as lightly as you want, making it the right level for YOU!
Where are the classes?
We train at Sharks Sports & Function Centre, Victor Eaves Park 122 West Hoe Road, Orewa.
What should I bring?
A bottle of water, a towel, and supportive trainers.
Box Fit classes - please to bring your own boxing gloves to use, we do have some available on ‘first come first served’.
