Welcome to our enchanting Cacao Ceremony, a 2 1/2hr journey of enrichment for your body, mind, and spirit.
You're invited to join Emma as she guides you through a journey of the heart.
Expect to drink a beautifully prepared cup of Cacao after an expansive Yin yoga practice.
There will be a meditation to guide us from the busyness of the mind as we begin to lean deeper into the sensations of the body.
This is pure nourishment for the mind, body and soul.
A space of exploration through the breathe as well as time to reflect, stretching the deepest layers of the body and deep restoration.
Remember to eat a light lunch 2-3 hours before the ceremony to fully receive the benefits of the cacao. And as you journey through this sacred space, remember to relax, move, and sip, allowing the magic of the cacao to guide you on your path of self-discovery and healing.
