I guide you in a mindful, whole body yoga practice incorporating breathing techniques, relaxation, visualisation and meditation.
My yoga qualifications are approved by the most respected and widely recognised governing bodies. My initial training with British Wheel of Yoga was a 500 hour Diploma taking 3 years to complete and is considered to be one of the most extensive yoga teacher trainings available. I have other qualifications in Pregnancy Yoga, Menopause Yoga, Yoga for a Healthy Back and Gentle Years Yoga. I have over 40 years of yoga practice experience (yes really and I'm only 29) and in over 18 years of teaching have taken thousands of classes for ages 3 to 95 in yoga centres, community halls, schools, care homes and retreat centres.
I welcome anyone over the age of sixteen to my adult classes of any shape, size, gender, age or level of physical fitness and yoga experience. There is a yoga practice to suit everyone, just contact me to find the right class for you if you are not sure.
By understanding how your body moves and works, and what affects that movement, you can find stability, strength and flexibility in breath, body and mind.
