Safety gear and flat sole shoes are mandatory. If you don't have gear, we can provide. Parents and carers need to present at all times with the exception of after school clubs. Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled (subject to availability) up to 2 weeks before the date of the booking for a full refund. Between 2 weeks and a week, you can cancel or reschedule the session but will receive a credit note only. If your session is cancelled due to poor, unsafe weather, you will be issued a credit note for you to use for future session. Sessions cancelled 48 hours prior to the booking will not be refunded and credit notes are at our discretion. Session fees are not refundable or transferable for no show ups or failure to bring appropriate footwear.
