Pregnancy and Post natal classes
All our classes are instructed by Chartered Physiotherapists with experience and interest in women's health.
There are three types of classes.
1) Stay Strong- Class content is created for pregnant women who are feeling well, have no significant pelvic girdle pain symptoms and were active prior to pregnancy.
2) Finding Relief-Class content is created for pregnant women who may be experiencing pelvic girdle pain, low back pain, those moving towards the end of the pregnancy and ready to decrease intensity and those who have other health concerns which impact their ability to exercise.
3) Beyond Birth- Post natal class with focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, tummy muscles, upper and lower back and improving flexibility.
If you book two classes in a block there is a 10% discount.
