Power Fitness offer a variety of adult fitness classes for adults wishing to stay in shape, burn away unwanted calories or who wish to make new friends in their local community. If you book 5+ classes you receive up to 60%, the more class you book at once the more discount

We offer:-

  • CLUBBERCISE - fitness class using glow sticks - great if you're self-conscious as classes are in a dark room using anthems from 80's+ - whistles at the ready!
  • JUNGLE BODY KONGA - a fitness class which mixes together everything into one, dance, HIIT, boxing, cardio, hip hop, core - prepare to sweat and sing along to these rocking songs that keep you motivated throughout!
  • JUNGLE BODY BURN - a workout that uses dumbbells 1.5-2.5kg which is dance inspired - feel the BURN!!!
  • JUNGLE BODY TYGA - using the same Jungle body formula, this dance cardio workout incorporates afro, hip hop and dancehall.
  • HATHA YOGA - For all abilities. Safe and effective way to increase physical activity especially strength, flexibility and balance. Beneficial for anyone with high blood pressure, heart disease, ache and pains (including lower back pain), depression and stress. Hatha Yoga works to release tension aiding to increase energy levels.
  • ZUMBA FITNESS - med/high impact latin inspired dance fitness class allowing you to burn 800+ calories a class
  • ZUMBA GOLD - low impact latin inspired dance fitness class, groove at your own pace
