Power Fitness Class Booking System

Power Fitness offer a variety of adult fitness classes for adults wishing to stay in shape, burn away unwanted calories or who wish to make new friends in their local community. If you book 5+ classes you receive up to 20%, the more class you book at once the more discount

We offer:-

  • DANCE AEROBICS - a low/med impact class with simple choreography that will have you singing along and working up a sweat, as you clock up over 5000 steps - you'll be continually walking without a jump, lunge, squat, burpee in sight - a great uplifting class to keep you mobile and keep your brain active.
  • ZUMBA FITNESS - med/high impact latin inspired dance fitness class allowing you to burn 800+ calories a class - all abilities welcome.
  • CLUBBERCISE - aerobics class in darkened room using glow sticks - great if you're self-conscious - whistles at the ready!
  • JUNGLE BODY KONGA - a fitness class which mixes together everything into one, dance, HIIT, boxing, cardio, hip hop, core - prepare to sweat and sing along to banging tunes that will keep you motivated throughout!
  • HATHA YOGA - For all abilities. Safe and effective way to increase physical activity especially strength, flexibility and balance. Beneficial for anyone with high blood pressure, heart disease, ache and pains (including lower back pain), depression and stress. Hatha Yoga works to release tension aiding to increase energy levels.
