A 6 week introduction to strength training including access to:
1 x one to one zoom consultation
1 x weekly in person strength training class for 6 weeks
1 x weekly online strength training class (recorded)
1 x weekly online Pilates class
Please bring a set of light weights and set of heavier weights. Guide is 2kg and 5kg but this will vary depending on your current level.
