This session focuses on the importance of YOU and your Health and Wellbeing. We demonstrate how to make self-care habitual by using practical tips to support your overall health and wellbeing. The session covers the 4 key areas of wellbeing with tips on how to: Eat and Hydrate Well, Sleep Well, Think Well and Feel/Move Well.
