Yoga & Pilates in Keynsham

We work with you on your journey to help improve your health & wellbeing and reduce your pain and symptoms. We offer small and friendly group classes of adult and family Yoga, pilates for backs and meditation groups and online stress and fitness courses.

I have found Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga and Pilates to be the very powerful practices to help reduce mental and/or physical pain.

As a trained back specialist I work with clients with non specific back pain, chronic back pain, herniated discs and more..
I have had my own struggle with chronic back pain and depression, and believe that Yoga, Pilates and meditation are powerful tools in creating positive mental and physical changes.

I want to share what I've learnt with you.
