This 4 week online course will include practice, theory and discussion to help you develop a home practice. As our lives get busy, it is essential to be able to turn inward and quiet the ​distracting thoughts which create stress in the body.
A daily practice, applied with devotion and consistency, can help build the necessary tools to live a serene and grounded life.
Each week we will review a new aspect of:

  • Asana (physical postures of the body)
  • Pranayama (breathing exercises)
  • Dharana, Dhyana & Samadhi (techniques to still the mind)
