Payment processing fees
Your plan price covers your Bookwhen subscription. When a customer pays online, your chosen payment provider charges a separate processing fee per payment.
Free bookings, and bookings you mark as paid offline, carry no fee. Rates vary by card type and payer location.

Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time - no minimum term, no notice period and no cancellation fee.
How does the free trial work?
You'll have two free weeks to try out all our features and get help setting up your account. No credit card required.
Can I change my plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. If you change your plan we will charge you a pro rata amount.
How can I pay?
We accept all forms of card payment. We also accept invoice payment for higher plans.
Do you offer charity discount?
Yes, we offer 20% off to all charities and non-profits. Contact support for your discount before subscribing to a plan.
Do you charge any other fees?
Your plan price is your only Bookwhen subscription cost. When customers pay online, the payment provider charges a processing fee. You can use Bookwhen payments, powered by Stripe, or connect your own PayPal account.
